Recovery
THE MARKER OF ME RECOVERY is when you recover from a
cold or other viral infection in the normal time span. You will still feel an
underlying tiredness until you are 60% to 70% well.
If you have a day when you feel particularly good
DO NOT roar off and do more than your programme dictates because the GUARANTEED
result will be a relapse which can take a week or more to recover from.
Never be afraid to take a whole day off, occasionally, and
do nothing but be lazy and do not feel guilty about it.
